Cuomo: NYC area transit will be limited in the evening

NEW YORK (AP) — Governor Andrew Cuomo says New York City will have limited subway service after 7 or 8 p.m. because of the storm.
Officials expect that Metro-North and the Long Island Rail Road will be closed around 11 p.m. Monday.
Cuomo says the plans will be firmed up after a 4 p.m. weather advisory.
He says PATH service will operate on a regular schedule until 9 p.m., and then go on a weekend schedule.
