But what we REALLY want to know is what she'll wear!
Knowing the singer's penchant for wild outfits and judging by the completely football-themed dress and accessories she wore to the press conference on Thursday, we're positive she'll emerge on that stage in something totally outrageous!
Here's what WE think she should wear!
During her press conference, Katy admitted that she's friends with Seahawks quarterback Russell Wilson, so we think she should begin the performance in his uniform as shown above!
She looks pretty good in it, if we do say so ourselves! LOLz!
Then the 30-year-old can dramatically rip off the uniform to reveal…
…this pretty pink dress with football laces on the boobs! Sexy, no?
And it wouldn't be a true Katy costume if boobs weren't prominently displayed!
What will Katy wear to the big game???
Or, she can opt for this festive rainbow-colored toga with a star on the shoulder!
Rainbows bring luck! She can help the Seahawks win by wearing one! Ha!
What will Katy wear to the big game???
But if she really wants to throw everyone for a loop, and because we know she loves pizza, she can wear this…
What will Katy wear to the big game???
People will definitely be eating a ton of pizza while they watch the game, so this isn't totally far-fetched as an outfit choice.
Whatever she does, we're eagerly anticipating it!

Chelsea fan welcomes Frank Lampard back to Stamford Bridge with ‘traitor’ banner

He might have played for them for years, scored loads of goals and won plenty of trophies – but Chelsea fans can’t forgive Frank Lampard for joining Manchester City.
Lampard left the Blues at the end of last season, with a move to the MLS expected.
But he rocked up at the Etihad Stadium, and is currently helping City battle Chelsea for the Premier League title.
And ahead of the clash between the two sides at Stamford Bridge, one fan summed up the mood with this anti-Lampard banner.
It comes just days after Chelsea fans attacked Lampard on Twitter, claiming he was a traitor.

Tiger Woods' poor performance at the Waste Management Phoenix Open proved that he isn't currently among the PGA Tour's elite golfers, and now the rankings reflect that sobering fact as well.
According to The Associated Press (h/t ESPN.com), the 14-time major champion has dropped out of the top 50 in the world golf rankings for the first time in three years.
Woods missed the cut Friday in Scottsdale, Arizona as he carded an 11-over 82 in the second round, which represented the worst 18-hole round of his career, per SportsCenter:
The 39-year-old legend was all alone in last place at the conclusion of his awful day, and he acknowledged that he endured a massive struggle on the course, according to ESPN.com's Bob Harig.
We all have days like this. Unfortunately, mine was in a public forum, a public setting. We all have days like this. We take the good with the bad, and the thing is even on bad days like this, just keep fighting, because on the good days you've got to keep fighting, as well.
Woods will have to take his own advice to heart and improve rapidly in the very near future, or else he risks having to sit out an extremely important tournament.
Per Ryan Lavner of GolfChannel.com, Tiger will not be eligible for the World Golf Championships sanctioned Cadillac Championship in Doral, Florida if he is unable to return to the top 50:

Man United, Liverpool ease to victories

Robin van Persie and Radamel Falcao rediscovered their scoring touch for Manchester United in a 3-1 win over Leicester, and Daniel Sturridge made a goal-scoring return for Liverpool in a 2-0 victory against West Ham on Saturday.
Van Persie put United ahead in the 27th minute with his first goal since Dec. 26 and Falcao netted only the fourth goal of his loan spell from Monaco five minutes later.
The victory was wrapped up before half time through Wes Morgan's own goal. Marcin Wasilewski scored in the second half for Leicester, but the visitors were unable to get close to repeating the 5-3 victory in the reverse fixture in September.
United moved up to third in the standings ahead of Southampton, which plays Swansea on Sunday. The main show on Saturday was first vs. second in the late game, with Chelsea hosting Manchester City.
Liverpool dislodged West Ham from seventh place by beating the London club. Sturridge scored within 12 minutes of coming off the bench after five months out with thigh and calf injuries, building on Raheem Sterling's goal, which was also set up by Philippe Coutinho.
Tottenham provisionally went fifth ahead of north London rival Arsenal with a 3-0 win at West Bromwich Albion on Saturday.
Harry Kane took his season's tally to 20 with a double - one from the penalty spot at the Hawthorns- after Christian Eriksen opened the scoring with a trademark free kick.
Sunderland earned only its second win at home this season thanks to a 2-0 defeat of Burnley on Saturday. Connor Wickham headed in the opener and Jermain Defoe netted his first since signing from Toronto this month.
Jonathan Walters scored a hat trick Saturday as Stoke beat Queens Park Rangers 3-1 to leave the visitors without a single point in away games this season.
Romelu Lukaku's early goal gave Everton a 1-0 win at Crystal Palace, handing Alan Pardew his first loss since taking over the London club. It was Everton's first win in nine games in all competitions, and put the team three points clear of Palace in 12th place.

Samsung Group purchases of TV LCD panel units rise 13% YoY, Sony Corp falls 1.8%

SEOUL: Samsung Electronics has increased of nearly 18% in its purchases of TV LCD panel units in December, compared to a year ago. For the Fiscal year 2014, this was a growth of 13% in purchases. The number grew by 34.5% in November.
The growth in LCD Panel procurement can be attributed to the rising shipments of ultra-HD and large screen TVs. Competitor LG Electronics also saw December procurement rise by 14% while Sony Corp (ADR)(NYSE:SNE) saw procurement fall by 1.8%. This is the 10th consecutive month when Sony has cut orders to focus on profitability instead of volume. Two mid-level Chinese tech firms, Sichuan Changhong Electric Co., Ltd. and Hisense Co., Ltd. saw large growth in LCD panel procurement by 195.2% and 32.2% respectively. Japanese firm, Sharp Corporation also saw a large increase in purchases of 100.3%.
Sony’s order cut has led to a lowering of its annual TV shipment target by 6.4% to 14.5 million from 15.5 million units.
The introduction of Smart TVs which are equipped with application processors have seen sales growth of almost 72% over the past two years according to research data provided by IDC. The margins however have been low for TV makers, which have now opted for providing their own content offerings as means to boost revenue. This approach is led by Sony which through the PlayStation Now service is compensating for low margins. Samsung, not to be left behind, is also looking for TV commerce prospects.
Smart TV sales comprised around 35% global TV sales for the second quarter in fiscal 2014, which was 34.3% growth year-over-year.
In the ultra HD TV segment, top brands like Samsung, LG, and Sony are facing completion from little-known company, VIZIO, Inc. (a privately held producer of consumer electronics based in US), which has introduced its ultra HD P series TVs with a price tag of $999.99 for a 50-inch set while the other three big firms have an average price for it of $1,600. The three companies together will account for nearly 39% of the 4K TV unit sales for the year. Vizio has done for TVs what Dell did for PCs, that is sell them for less but offer comparable features to the premium priced brands. Vizio TVs feature new technologies such as direct LED backlighting as well as decoding chips to support online viewing of services such as Amazon, Netflix, and UltraFlix.
